OneDrive does not sync

Hi there! My OneDrive says there is no Sync problems, but does not actually syncs. New files created on the computer, saved into a normally synced folder do not appears in the cloud (the file list is actually different between the computer folder and the web folder). When trying to force the sync with a right click in Explorer, the OneDrive icon appears, with a message “OneDrive is initializing”, then disappears after a few seconds and nothing nmore happens… Also, when trying to load a file that is “online only”, it does not download.

I am using Windows 8.1, Office 365, my internet connection is good, I can download anything from the OneDrive Web, but the connection between Windows and OneDrive does not seem to work.

Can you send a diagnostic from the odrive menu and provide a couple of paths to files that are not syncing properly? I can take a closer look.
