Folder sync is not working. I need to sync individual files...not fun

I’m having this exact same problem as well.

Hi @corbin.stuard,
Since we are still working on the improvements mentioned above, you can make use of the CLI to essentially “sync until done” on a specified folder.

Please take a look at these posts for more details:

You would need to adjust the path to the appropriate one on your system.

I’m seeing this on Windows 10 with Google Drive.

When I right click, I see the option to sync. When I click the “Synch” option, I do not get the Sync dialog. I’ve seen it in the past, but not anymore.

This didn’t suddenly become a premium feature, did it?

I also cannot sync more than one item at a time. When I select multiple files and right click to sync, it only syncs the single file that my mouse was over instead of all of them.

Not sure if this is related, but this has made using odrive extremely annoying…

Hi @markwoon,
You should still see the sync dialog pop-up. This is available in the free version. Sometimes it can be hidden behind another window, so make sure you minimize all windows and then try again.

Multi-select-sync is a known limitation. it will only sync one item. I agree, it is annoying. We will be addressing this.

Ugh, you’re right. I found the dialog hidden under another window.
