Best way to move from Dropbox/Amazon sync apps to odrive?

I am on a MAC and currently use the DropBox sync app and Amazon Photos (yuk). I have 500+GB that I need to transition from the DropBox/Amazon folders to the odrive folder. What is the best and most efficient way to do that and insure I don’t lose any data?
