In my testing with ODrive for Windows, sometimes certain files show up in the “Not Allowed” list. One time the file was a .iso file. Another time, the file had a super long name. Another time, the file name was a GUID.

It can be for a variety of different reasons. Usually it is because the storage you syncing to is not allowing the change.
When an item shows up in the “not allowed” list, you can click on it to get a pop-up explaining why it is not allowed. Additionally, you can always consult the “sync activity log” for a very detailed look at what odrive is attempting and the results.
