There seems to be a large amount. When I use “everything” (by VoidTools) to search for the file by its name, nothing shows up, which is quite strange. I hope I can get some answers as to why it does this.

odrive trash is different from OS recycle bin. Files are in the odrive trash because they were deleted from your disk.
Did you delete those files?
Files in trash are not deleted from the source until you “empty trash”. You can restore them from odrive trash if the deletes where in error.
I haven’t deleted anything, and have emptied the trash at least a couple of times, so I’m not sure what has happened.
