What are the plans for a macOS app written for Apple Silicon

I know that the current sync client runs via Rosetta. According to Apple, macOS 27 will be the last to support Intel apps (Intel Macs are no longer supported)":

We’re currently getting periodic notifications to remind us that Intel apps won’t be supported for much longer.

So…what’s the current roadmap for continued macOS support?

Apple has confirmed Rosetta will remain available through macOS 27 and a native Apple Silicon build is planned and expected to ship before Apple removes Rosetta support.
