I have set up correctly a wedbdav connection, but some folders (@versions and @exports), keep syncing over and over (files get removed and readded). How can I fix this?

Can you send over a diagnostic so I can take a look?
Are you seeing this behavior right now?
Are you seeing that the files are shown as missing in these folders and then they reappear later?
Are these folders set to always download, which then kicks-off downloads when the files reappear?
If this is the case i would guess that the request for the file listings in these folders is returning an empty or truncated set, which we will pick up as a remote delete. On a subsequent pass, the listing will show the files again and we will start a download.
