Unable to sync FTP

Hi Team,

I am unable to sync my FTP connection using Odrive. I am continuously getting “Cannot browse . Please check your network connection or manage your proxy settings.”. However, I am able to log into my ftp account using WinScp.

Are you getting this error on the desktop or on the odrive web client, or both? Currently, unfortunately, there is an issue using the web client with FTP, so this type of error is expected, but it should be working without issue on the desktop.

If you are seeing this on the desktop, will it be possible to create a test account for me to try it and see if I can identify the issue?
