I’m trying the the product and was interested in the encryption feature. So I’m using it on my Amazon Cloud drive and uploaded some files. I think made the mistake of clicking on unsync. I think managed to resync but now I have som e files that gives me the message:
“Unable to sync .cloud
The file could not be decrypted. It may have been modified after it was encrypted.” I know the passphrase of the folder I used when I made the encryption. Is there something I need to do on my end to resolve? Thanks!
Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a known issue with downloading IFS files in encrypted folders that will be fixed in our next desktop release (which should hopefully be soon).
Good news! we have released our new desktop clients, soon we are going to push an update to existing clients, It should then resolve the above reported problem
