Hi Tony, my not allowed list has steadily creeped back up to 12 items, and I need help troubleshooting how to clear them. Do you have an SOP for this?

You can click on an item listed in the not allowed list and it will pop-up a message indicating why it is not allowed.
You can also take a look at the “sync activity log”, which will have information about each item that fails to sync.
