Trash Bin no longer works

Hello,

I have win 10, I am fully updated on Odrive, I restarted my computer, I reinstalled Odrive, nothing.
Everything works except the Trash bin

I click the odrive icon at the bottom and click on Trash bin because there are files to remove, but the menu button will no longer show the Empty/Restore options.

I have tried everything, but I can’t click it. No error code, just wont happen.

Can you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing in the menu, so that I can better understand what it looks like?

Can you also please send a diagnostic from the odrive tray menu?

How do I send a diagnostic?

When you send a diagnostic, the odrive desktop client will provide a report to odrive that contains lower-level information that may be necessary to troubleshoot a particular issue. A local report is also generated that you can look at. You can find this report, named “current_odrive_status.txt” in the root of the default odrive folder. My mouse is hovering over Trash and no sub menu is popping up.

But the sub menu for “Not Allowed” pops up when I hover over it

Hi @glampasona,
That is strange. I wonder if it has something to do with the resolution or screen orientation.
Do you have multiple monitors?
What happens if you move your task bar to another side of your screen (like the left side)?
Does changing the screen resolution affect anything?
