When I’m copy the file using Windows Explorer, it triggers automatic sync successfully.
But when I copy the file using file manager, like Total Commander, it doesn’t trigger the automatic synchronisation, making odrive unusable for me. Never had this issue with official Google Drive or Dropbox apps
Hi @anwrestler,
We register for Windows filesystem events, so it shouldn’t matter which file browser is being used to perform the copy. Just to be clear, this is when you copy a new file into the odrive folder?
Can you perform the action again, as a test, and then send a diagnostic from the odrive menu? Please send the path and file name for the copy destination, as well.
