Sync to Dropbox problem

My files are not syncing with the dropbox.
In the current_odrive_status file the following errors are appearing:

ERP_backup_2018_04_11_000001_1751972.bak.zip: created = 02: 50: 29PM, exception = KeyError (‘session_id’)
ERP_backup_2019_05_18_000008_7084779.bak.zip: created = 02: 50: 30PM, exception = KeyError (‘session_id’)
ERP_backup_2018_04_05_000002_3299766.bak.zip: created = 02: 50: 27PM, exception = KeyError (‘session_id’)
ERP_backup_2018_04_08_000001_7874869.bak.zip: created = 02: 50: 28PM, exception = KeyError (‘session_id’)

Dropbox is rejecting the request to start a large file upload session, although I can’t tell why it is rejecting it.

Are you able to upload smaller files?
What happens if you try to upload this file via the odrive web client instead of the desktop client?

Is this a Dropbox Team account or a Dropbox Personal account?
