Is there a way to set it up where if I were to go into google drive and edit a folder, e.g. uploading a new file, that same file would be uploaded to my onedrive?

You can use our backup feature to backup a folder to multiple storage services. This would allow a new file to be uploaded to two (or more) storage services at once: https://www.odrive.com/features/backup
The sync process is more complex due to the bi-directional, progressive sync model and can only be setup to a single storage service.
