You are correct in assuming that there were no special characters. It is just that a lot of files were named as “Image from iOS (20)” – I had to manually download and rename those files.

Good luck with your endeavor to make this more seamless !
And yes, you should definitely promote the direct upload feature more because this functionality helps an individual manage their files locally and simultaneously (plus automatically) share with team members (in case they forget to upload themselves)
