Hi there. I notice that the “Include Subfolders” option is hit and miss with OneDrive. Also, more importantly, if I create a folder on Sharepoint its not syncing locally through oDrive. Any ideas?

For Sharepoint, are you able to see this folder from the odrive web client? (https://www.odrive.com/account/myodrive)
If so, but you still aren’t seeing it on the desktop client we can take a look at the logs and see what might be happening. Likewise for the OneDrive bulk download issue.
For OneDrive the likely reason is that odrive is encountering enough errors to abort the bulk download, but we can also take a look at this in the logs if you have a recent example.
