i currently use pro sync to maintain my folder structure. I just saw that premium is available. Is the pro sync features included in the premium package?

Yes. PRO has been retired. The PRO features are now part of Premium. You can upgrade to premium anytime. You will receive a prorated refund for you existing subscription when you upgrade to premium.
