Problems installing desktop app in Win7

Hi,

I can’t install the desktop application. The error returned is 0x800713ec. I’ve tried to look for any clue in log files but I’m not able to understand where is the problem.

Could anybody help me?

Would you like to manually install .Net Framework 4.6.x from Microsoft and then try to install latest version of odrive app?

Hi,
It appears you are running Windows 7 without Service Pack 1 installed, which Microsoft requires for their new .net framework.

Yeah, it was the problem: SP1 wasn’t installed. After I’ve updated my windows, odrive installation begins to work fine.
