Problem with OneDrive Business account

I’m trying to add my OneDrive Business account, but I get this error:

AADSTS50020: User account 'eliphas.siqueira@fatec.sp.gov.br' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'odrive' and cannot access the application '17cd934d-286b-4dda-89ee-c46b5313adba' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Can you guide me?

Are you sure this is a OneDrive Business account and not a personal account? The provider is listed as ‘live.com’, which normally indicates that this is a OneDrive personal account. Are you able to link using the odrive “OneDrive” integration (https://www.odrive.com/links/onedrive) instead of the “OneDrive for Business”?
