One Drive: Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account

Hi, I am trying to sync a MS for Business account One Drive. I’ve tried the One Drive and One Drive for Business options. I always get an error: “Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account”
Is there a trick to getting OneDrive setup in ODrive?

Can you post a screenshot of where you are getting the error?

We have been experiencing API rate limiting issues with Microsoft OneDrive for Business that could be affecting the ability to link the account. I am working with Microsoft to resolve those.

This is a Microsoft-specific message, so it is strange they they are saying they cannot find your account.

Are you able to login to the account outside of the odrive flow?

Usually when linking an account with odrive, Microsoft will direct you to the proper OAuth login after inputting the Microsoft user name.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you first try to link the account from odrive and it redirects you to Microsoft?
