Offline/Online Syncing

I’ve been pointed here as an alternative to paying for the DropBox plus for Smart Sync. Apparently I can just pay for my DropBox subscription and have ODrive deal with the online/offline syncing.

Does it work the same as DropBox’s Smart Sync? AND do I have to pay for ODrive for these features? If so, I may as well just pay for DropBox?
