I am unable to install the sync app on my laptop running OS X 10.14.2. I keep getting the “OdriveAgent is damaged and can’t be opened” error. Please see and attached and thank you for any help you may be able to
offer.

Are you intending to run the command line version of the sync engine? That is what the sync agent is, and it is an advanced form of the engine intended for user-written automation and scripting. The MacOS desktop client version is typically what people are looking for. You can download that here: https://docs.odrive.com/docs/odrive-usage-guide#section-download-and-run-installer-
