I found that the icon of odrive on Finder sidebar have a little grey box. I think it not support yo be look like that. So could it be fix?

Yeah, it looks like Apple changed something in Tahoe. Sequoia looked like this:
The product team is aware of this behavior difference in Tahoe, but there are currently no plans to change the odrive icon.
