This is a false positive.
I believe it is common that IDP.generic designations are false positives. I ran it through VirusTotal and it came up clean.
This is actually an simple utility app that we have not changed in quite some time. The placeholder filetype (.cloud and .cloudf) are registered to open with OdriveOpen.exe, since you need a helper app that knows how to deal with placeholder files for the “open” command from Explorer.
I have also submitted this file to Avast’s false positive reporting service.
