Hi, a few weeks ago I started to notice that I have several files that they are not backing up in the “cloud”
Why is this? and what can i do to solve it? I already have sent a report.

If you click on one of the items listed in “not allowed” it should pop-up a window showing why. Can you tell me what it says?
Also, can you send a diagnostic from the tray menu?
