“Not allowed” items are items that are either:
- Blocked from upload by the remote storage
- Unable to be downloaded to the local system
Items that cannot be uploaded are generally due to illegal characters, permissions, or storage quota issues. When you click on the item listed in the “not allowed” list, it will tell you the reason.
Items that cannot be downloaded are usually for illegal characters. The remote file has a character in it that the operating system will not allow. Again, clicking on these items in the “not allowed” list will produce a pop-up with the information.
The only way to get these items out of the “not allowed” list is to address the issue they are encountering.
