I have synced my facebook account and downloaded what I needed from my photos and have multiple File Folders containing jpg’s that I have moved to another device. If I delete those file folders - not the o drive cloud folders - will that delete anything from Facebook??

No. Facebook is a read-only integration, so you can only download from Facebook and not modify or delete items.
Thank you. I was concerned when the little pop up said items will be deleted - I was just deleting the folders i created on my hard drive so i could grab the photos i needed.
