Are there any known issues with having multiple sync folders? i.e. One on a desktop, one on a laptop?

You can have odrive installed on multiple systems and it will keep things in sync.
The only thing you would have to worry about is making simultaneous edits to the same files across multiple systems, or making edits to the same files without letting the previous edits sync up to the cloud. If that happens then you will encounter a “conflict” scenario.
