I subscribe to odrive pro $10 pcm but I am unable to see the pro sync option on a mapped drive - I can see this option on local drives. Could you please help?

Is this on Windows or OS X?
Can you tell me how the drive is mapped?
Can you provide a screenshot of the right-click menu when you select a folder on that drive?
Please also send a diagnostic from the odrive tray menu.
