Mac not syncing with screen off?

Hi,

I left my mac uploading a large set of files to amazon cloud drive overnight after locking the screen with the Keychain Access menu item.

It seems like Odrive stopped syncing in this state.

Is there any way I can force the sync to continue?

Are you using the “Lock screen” option when the keychain icon is visible in the menu bar?

I am not able to reproduce this. Can you tell me what version of MacOS you are running? Are you able to reproduce this?

Yes, ‘lock screen’ through the keychain icon.

I am using Sierra 10.12.2. This certainly was the case overnight but I just tried again for a few minutes and it was ok.

I will try again overnight and update.

I’ve asked QA to take a look, as well.

Just let me know what you find. Since it is overnight, also make sure nothing is kicking in to go into power-saving mode or standby.

Argh. I think you’ve called it.

This is a fresh install and I forgot that was standard behaviour even when plugged in. Disabled it now and will let you know.
