Installation Error for Mac odrivesync.6453.dmg file

After downloading the Odrive .dmg file, installation doesn’t work.

If you know a workaround or have access to an older version I’ll appreciate.

Hi @SumoChesser,
I just verified install of 6453 on on both High Sierra and Mojave. Can you try downloading again to another location, like your desktop folder, and see if you still have the issue? (https://www.odrive.com/downloaddesktop?platform=mac)

Thanks @Tony for your response. The file doesn’t open/mount the same problem shows up. Is there a way to run it in command to install/delete?

There are a couple of references to this type of problem that indicate a full reboot can clear it up (example: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8254872).

If that doesn’t work, you can download the pkg (from the dmg) and install with that: https://www.odrive.com/s/35e914aa-d692-4153-a96b-e4d28f0d2974-5bcf603b
