I log into odrive online and it shows that I will be billed automatically 5/25/2019 but I cannot see the payment method that it will draw from. How do I see or change this?

When you go to https://www.odrive.com/account/billing you can click on the invoices listed and they will provide information about the payment. It will say something like “Payment from Visa … 0000”.
You can change the credit card at the very bottom of the billing page by clicking on the " Update credit card information" link.

How easy is it to disable the automatic recurring payments though? I don’t see the option anywhere right now.

If you go to the subscriptions page (https://www.odrive.com/account/subscriptions) you can click on the ‘V’ next to the subscription to stop automatic renewal:
