Have noted that odrive often takes a minute or so to sync\dl changed cloud files. Noted this in particular with OneDrive accounts so far, and that behavior differs from MSFT’s own agent (which must be using change notification as it usually jumps on changes within ~10 seconds or so). Is odrive doing periodic polling, or is it receiving change notification events?

odrive will ask OneDrive for changes every 30 seconds. It will also refresh the folder, on-demand, when you enter it in Explorer or select the odrive->refresh context menu command.
