Tried right clicking on my Finder window. Tried exploring options on odrive.com. Any idea how to use this “Premium” feature?

You can set up a new Encryptor folder through the odrive web client:
https://www.odrive.com/account/myodrive?catid=encryption
You will choose where you want the encrypted folder to be located, which can be stored anywhere in your odrive. Keep in mind that access to the decrypted content is from the odrive\Encryptor folder.
Once is it setup, you will find your new encrypted folder it in the odrive\Encryptor folder. Double-clicking it will prompt you for an encryption passphrase. After that, anything you add to that folder will be encrypted.
