How can i make a file that can be only open from 1 device

I installed odrive more than 1 device and i want to make something like this;

If the file opened from 1 device others see file as read only.
Or others can not open file.

Are there any chances to make this setting.

Our weblinks are read-only, but we do not offer granular permissions at the desktop client-level, at this time.

Can you provide some information on your particular use case for this, so that we can get a better idea of the need for this type of feature?
