I’m trying to authorize to hipchat (trial account) and the process seems stuck. any suggestions?

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Hipchat’s permission model is a little bit funky so it is possible that installation is blocked due to account permissions.
Also give installation a shot from the “Get it now” link here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.odrive.hipchat/cloud/installation
