FXP works by creating a data connection between two FTP servers. No local caching is involved

This is not something supported by odrive.
Is your final goal to transfer data from one server to another? If so, you could accomplish that by creating an FTP or SFTP link to the source server and then installing an odrive client (desktop or agent) on the destination server to perform a direct download from one server to the other.
