We haven’t been able to istall Odrive for one of our employees. He is already added to our Odrive account and should have access, but he is getting a “fail to install” message.

Can you please post a screenshot of the error you are seeing? Install errors are very rare, so I want to make sure we gather as much information as possible on it.
Have you already tried an uninstall and reinstall of the latest version?

_No, we did not try to re-install since this is the very first attempt to install the app.
