Facebook login/authorization not successful

I’m trying to link my Facebook account, but each time I try to log in I get an error message from Facebook:

and then I get redirected back to an odrive page that says:

I am 100% sure my account information is correct, I have tried entering my credentials through the odrive window as well as being logged into Facebook in another tab before trying the sync, in which case it doesn’t ask for my credentials. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a problem with odrive/Facebook? Do I need to disable some security setting in Facebook? Anyone else getting the same error?

Hi,
The first error is coming from Facebook directly, so it is having some issue running through the authentication flow.

Can you try in a different browser, to eliminate that as a possibility?
Can you also take a look at the application settings in Facebook?

Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&section=all
Click on “Show All”
Is “odrive desktop app” and/or “odrive” listed? If so, try removing the entries and then attempting to link again.

Turns out trying it using Firefox instead of Chrome worked. Thanks for your help!
