Elder users and syncing

How do I send a diagnostic?

When you send a diagnostic, the odrive desktop client will provide a report to odrive that contains lower-level information that may be necessary to troubleshoot a particular issue. A local report is also generated that you can look at. You can find this report, named “current_odrive_status.txt” in the root of the default odrive folder. You and me are what we call in Spanish “tocayos”, what ir means that we have the same or similar names.

Perhaps what I want to do it was never an available feature , and the problem it’s just I have never tried it before.!

This is the case (image attached)

Have a folder with a number of folders in it. What I’m trying to do is select several folders (more than one), right click, and choose Sync, or “Unsync” for that group of folders.

Hey @antonioc,

• Unfortunately you cannot multi-select folders for a right-click->sync action.
• You can multi-select files for right-click->sync
• You can also multi-select files and folders for right-click->unsync

For the folders you want to right-click->sync, you will need execute those individually

I’m very, very sorry for my confusion.
Just one more question. If I want to know in a “folder tree” what files are not synced, can i use just a “dir *.cloud /s”?

Yes you can look for any items that have a .cloud or .cloudf extension.
