Dropbox Business - Cannot upload big file

I keep getting error when trying to upload a big file on Dropbox Business (I have MacOS v7324):

Starting sync:
“24 Jan 11:11:31PM INFO Attempting to update a remote file from local. Several hours later:

“25 Jan 08:41:05AM ERROR Failed Upload (Update) for Item: some_file.zip - Size: 19861337178 Bytes - Date: 2023-01-16 17:28:54 - Error: code 400 caused by DropboxException(code 400 - Final offset does not match file size.)”

Restarting ODrive doesn’t help…

Can you send over a diagnostic and we can take a look?

Eventually managed to solve this by first deleting the remote Dropbox file, then uploading it

I’m glad to hear that you were able to get it up @budowski!

It sounds like maybe the issue was limited to updates vs new uploads, which is odd. if you get a chance, can you still still send over the diagnostic? I want to see if anything sticks out and if some improvements can be made.
