Sent my client a share link to a folder to download.
When I use the link I get 3 arrows that pop up on the right hand side. (Not very clear by the way). However my client doesn’t get the same arrows?
So I’ve had to zip a folder for them.
Please advise?

Currently this option is only available in Google Chrome. Do you know what browser your client is using?
Probably not Chrome.
But this should be system wide.
An option to click checkboxes would be nice to choose what you want to download.

The method we use only works with Chrome. We would like to offer it across all browsers, in the future.
