I have about 100GB of data on Amazon Drive that I want to download locally. There is currently no local copy. Will Odrive do this for me? When I tell it where to download data on my local drive folder, it’s not going to do an upstream sync and delete all my Amazon Data, right? Thanks.

When you setup a “sync to odrive” folder (which is sounds like you are going to do), odrive merges the local and remote content.
In your case, if you point it at an empty local folder, it will just list all of the remote content (as placeholder files), and then you can choose to perform a recursive sync on the folder. https://docs.odrive.com/docs/sync-your-odrive#section--sync-all-files-and-subfolders-
