Converting windows machine to virtual machine - odrive use cases

Hello,

I am planning on converting my windows machine into a virtual machine using vCenter Converter by VMWARE. Has there been any testing done using odrive on a virtual machine? Will I have trouble syncing or unsyncing on the virtual machine? What virtual machine odrive use cases have been performed? Is there a guide that you have available? I am hoping I can increase my local storage space by making this shift.

Hi @digiform,
Our QA team does some testing on VMs, and I ran run odrive many times on a VM without any issues. You shouldn’t have to do anything different than you normally do on a standard system.

Can you tell me about your use case and motivation for converting your system to a VM? It sounds interesting.
