Cannot sync from desktop an SFTP link, but works on web

Hi, I have several cloud providers and SFTP links all working properly. There is only one specific SFTP server that works on the web interface, but doesn’t work on desktop (both Mac and Win, tried on multiple machines and connections).

When trying to sync from Desktop always says to check network connection or proxy, while I’m perfectly browsing it on the web, and all the other links are working on Desktop too.

Can you reproduce the error and then send a diagnostic from the odrive tray menu so that we can take a closer look?

Is it possible to create a test account that we can troubleshoot with?
