This icon is set in the following registry entry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{102986AF-0728-447D-83B4-C3CD4F70F273}\DefaultIcon

The value should be:
C:\Program Files\odrive\odrive.exe, 0

Windows < 10

  • Right-click on the broken icon, select “properties”, and then click on the “Change Icon” button.
  • Copy and paste this into the path field:
    %ProgramFiles%\odrive\odrive.exe
  • Select the top icon and click “OK” then click “OK” on the final window.
