I have been having recipients complain that the web interface will fail downloading multiple files when clicking the triple down arrows. Files are hosted on google drive - gsuite.
Feature request ~ download all files as a zip.

We would like to facilitate a batter way of bulk downloading. The current mechanism was something we added to solve some of the issue, but you can run into situations where downloads in the set will fail, especially if there are lots of files.
I have put this in the feature request category.
