Authenticate Onedrive

I have trouble authenticating my Onedrive accounts. I have several accounts, and there is no indication which account needs authenticating.
When the popup to authenticate comes up, it seems to assume I want to use an account, I don’t know which, then it fails saying it’s the wrong account. I can’t solve this. Is there a way to do this with a bit of control?

Try navigating into your OneDrive links in the odrive webclient (https://www.odrive.com). If the link needs to be reauthorized it will tell you.

Hi! There is no way I can find to reauthorize anything in the web client? How is that working? I have this problem all the time, and I never get any kind of hint which account need reauthorization. And you don’t get a second try, so I can never fix it. It’s beyond annoying.

I fixed it. I thouhgt there would be an indication in the web client. When I try to open a folder that isn’t authorized, I get the authorization request, so I could find out which account it was tied to that way.

Thanks for the follow-up! I’m glad you were able to get the right link authenticated. My apologies for not being more clear in how you check on the web (browsing into the links). I’ll look at how we can make this a better experience in the client.
