How do I easily create a Receiver Pays bucket with odrive?

odrive can’t create S3 buckets, so any bucket creation would always need to be done in AWS. As for utilizing a Requestor Pays bucket, odrive currently doesn’t support this.
I have converted this into a Feature Request and have notified the product team. If there is more demand for this type of feature it is something that could possibly be done in the future.
