ACD: Moving unsynced files

I’m trying to copy unsynced (.cloud) files from one ACD folder to another.
I would expect the ‘actual’ file to be correspondingly copied on ACD.
But what happens is the files appear in the new location for about a second, then promptly disappear.

Am I missing something? Do I have to sync items if I want to move them around?

Hi @Zero_G,
If you want to move them you can drag/cut+paste placeholders. If you want to make a copy of the file, you need to have it downloaded locally (non-placeholder) so another copy of the file can be uploaded to the second location.
